Delivery is made with the use of private drivers with personal care to avoid damage and loss. Most deliveries can be made inside your home. Scheduling between you and the driver can accommodate a convenient time for the both of you. Conflicting schedules may require delivery to your front door.
Most halltrees are shipped in two components. Final assembly is very simple with a drill and the included bit. Attachment screws are preset. Professional assembly is not required for most pieces. Professional assembly and installation may be available, depending on location, scheduling, and availability.
Standard turnaround time for custom furniture is 2-8 weeks. An estimated completion time will be given at time order is placed. Rushed services may be available.

Because each Armuchee Custom Builds piece is crafted to your exact specifications, we cannot accept returns for custom orders. If there is an error in measurements, materials, or workmanship, we will repair or remake the item at no additional cost. To request a correction, please contact customer support within seven days of delivery with accurate, complete, and relevant order details promptly.
We stand behind every piece with a comprehensive warranty. All Armuchee Custom Builds products include a five-year structural warranty covering defects in joinery and construction, plus a one-year warranty on finishes, materials, and hardware. Should any issue arise due to craftsmanship or material flaws within these terms, we will repair or replace the affected components at no cost to you.
If you receive a product with defects or damage, inspect your shipment immediately and notify us within seven days of delivery. Photograph the affected areas and include these images in your email along with your order number and a brief description. Our customer support team will review your claim promptly and efficiently and then arrange for repair or replacement at no additional cost.
